16 U.S.C. § 410ggg — Rosie the Riveter/World War II Home Front National Historical Park

(a) Establishment: To preserve, for the benefit and inspiration of the American people, certain sites, structures, and areas in Richmond, California connected to the industrial, government, and citizen efforts that helped win World War II, Congress establishes the Rosie the Riveter/World War II Home Front National Historical Park. (b) Areas included: (1) The park's boundaries include: (A)(i) the areas shown on a map dated May 2000, and (ii) the areas shown as a "Proposed Boundary Addition" on a map dated May 2020; and (B) any other historic property the Secretary decides fits, as long as that property (i) is eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places, (ii) has a direct connection to Richmond's World War II home front story, and (iii) fits the park's purpose, significance, and interpretive themes. (2) The maps mentioned above must be kept on file and available for public viewing at National Park Service offices.
