31 U.S.C. § 6103 — Access to computer information system

(a) The Administrator must maintain a computerized information system giving access to (1) the information described in section 6102(a)(1), (2), (5), (6), and (7), and (2) the portions or summaries the Administrator considers appropriate of the information in section 6102(a)(3) and (4). (b) As far as practicable, the Administrator must make the information widely available through available computer terminals. (c) If the Administrator decides efficiency requires it, the Administrator may contract with private organizations for computer time-sharing services, including (1) telecommunications networks, (2) computer software, and (3) related services.
