42 U.S.C. § 3174 — Provision of comprehensive economic development strategies to Regional Commissions

An economic development district that is partly within one or more Regional Commission regions must provide the affected Commission with a copy of the district’s comprehensive economic development strategy.
If any part of an economic development district* lies in a region covered by one or more Regional Commissions, the district must make sure that each affected Regional Commission* receives a copy of the district’s comprehensive economic development strategy*.
If any part of an economic development district* is in a region covered by 1 or more of the Regional Commissions, the economic development district shall ensure that a copy of the comprehensive economic development strategy* of the district is provided to the affected Regional Commission*.
