This section addresses Regulations. It sets out the requirements, permissions, definitions, limits, and other rules stated in the section.
The Secretary of Defense must prescribe regulations regarding the administration of this chapter. The elements of those regulations must include mechanisms to clarify the manner in which provisions of other chapters of this part of this subtitle must be used in the administration of this chapter under the provisions of this chapter.
The Secretary of Defense shall prescribe regulations regarding the administration of this chapter. The elements of such regulations shall include mechanisms to clarify the manner in which provisions of other chapters of this part of this subtitle shall be used in the administration of this chapter in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
