submitted 49 years ago by Pub. L. 95-79 to r/title-10-ARMED-FORCES · 53 words · no verdicts yet
A reservist can't get this chapter's education benefits in two cases. One is if they already get ROTC financial aid. The other is if they skip required Selected Reserve training.
Educational assistance may not be provided under this chapter—
to a member receiving financial assistance under section 2107 of this title as a member of the Senior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps program; or
to a member who fails to participate satisfactorily in required training as a member of the Selected Reserve.
