10 U.S.C. § 20264 — Other administrative authorities

The following provisions of this title apply to officers on the Space Force officer^* list in the same manner as they apply to officers subject to those provisions. This section does not define the term "Space Force officer list" or the phrase "officers subject to those provisions". (1) Section 14518 applies and concerns continuing officers so they can complete disciplinary action. This section does not define the term "disciplinary action". (2) Section 14519 applies and concerns delaying retirement or separation for medical reasons. This section does not define the terms "retirement", "separation", or "medical reasons". (3) Section 14704 applies and concerns the "selective early removal from the reserve active-status list^*". This section does not define that phrase or the term "reserve active-status list".
