A member who made an agreement under this chapter before July 1, 1985, remains eligible for educational assistance. The assistance follows the agreement and the version of this chapter in effect before that date.
A member who entered into an agreement under this chapter before July 1, 1985, remains eligible for educational assistance under the agreement’s terms and under this chapter as it existed before July 1, 1985.
A member who entered into an agreement under this chapter before July 1, 1985, shall continue to be eligible for educational assistance in accordance with the terms of such agreement and of this chapter as in effect before such date.
