The Secretary of Defense may provide transportation to and from an annual meeting in the United States for the next of kin of people still unaccounted for from specified conflicts after World War II. The transportation must follow regulations issued by the Secretary.
The Secretary of Defense may provide transportation to and from an annual meeting in the United States for the next of kin of people who are unaccounted for from the Korean conflict, the Cold War, the Vietnam War era, or the Persian Gulf War. The transportation must be provided under regulations that the Secretary of Defense prescribes.
The Secretary of Defense may provide transportation for the next-of-kin of persons who are unaccounted for from the Korean conflict, the Cold War, Vietnam War era, or the Persian Gulf War to and from an annual meeting in the United States. Such transportation shall be provided under such regulations as the Secretary of Defense may prescribe.
