A person punishable under this chapter is a principal if the person commits an offense punishable under this chapter, or aids, abets, counsels, commands, or procures its commission. A person is also a principal if the person causes another act to be done that would be punishable under this chapter if the person performed it directly.
Any person punishable under this chapter who— (1) commits an offense punishable by this chapter, or aids, abets, counsels, commands, or procures its commission; or (2) causes an act to be done that would be punishable by this chapter if the person performed it directly; is a principal.
Any person punishable under this chapter who—
commits an offense punishable by this chapter, or aids, abets, counsels, commands, or procures its commission; or
causes an act to be done which if directly performed by him would be punishable by this chapter;
is a principal.
