During actual or threatened hostilities, money earned from an overseas public utility connected with Air Force or Space Force operations remains available to that utility through the end of the next fiscal year.
During actual or threatened hostilities, proceeds from operating an overseas public utility connected with Air Force or Space Force field operations remain available to that utility until the end of the fiscal year after the year in which the proceeds are received.
During actual or threatened hostilities, proceeds from operating a public utility in connection with operations of the Air Force or the Space Force in the field overseas are available for that utility until the close of the fiscal year following that in which they are received.
