11 U.S.C. § 925 — Effect of list of claims

A claim listed under section 924 is treated as if a proof of claim had been filed under section 501. That treatment does not apply when the list marks the claim as disputed, contingent, or unliquidated.
A proof of claim* is treated as filed under section 501 for every claim appearing on the list filed under section 924. This does not apply to a claim the list identifies as disputed, contingent, or unliquidated. This section does not define those terms.
A proof of claim* is deemed filed under section 501 of this title for any claim that appears in the list filed under section 924 of this title, except a claim that is listed as disputed, contingent, or unliquidated.
