This section requires regulations for carrying out the subchapter and requires consultation about health or medical matters.
The Secretary must issue the regulations needed to carry out this subchapter. If a regulation may involve health or medical aspects of the program, the Secretary must first consult the Secretary of Health and Human Services.
The Secretary shall prescribe such regulations as may be necessary to carry out this subchapter, after consulting with the Secretary of Health and Human Services with respect to any health or medical aspects of the program under this subchapter which may be involved in such regulations.
