To carry out this chapter, the Council may inspect all listed books, records, reports, files, papers, property, and examination materials held or used by Federal financial-institution regulators, without deletions.
For carrying out this chapter, the Council* must have access to all books, accounts, records, reports, files, memorandums, papers, things, and property belonging to or used by Federal financial-institution regulatory agencies. This includes examination reports about financial institutions or their holding companies from any source, as well as related workpapers and correspondence files, whether or not they are part of the report. The access is without any deletions.
For the purpose of carrying out this chapter, the Council* shall have access to all books, accounts, records, reports, files, memorandums, papers, things, and property belonging to or in use by Federal financial institutions regulatory agencies*, including reports of examination of financial institutions or their holding companies from whatever source, together with workpapers and correspondence files related to such reports, whether or not a part of the report, and all without any deletions.
