12 U.S.C. § 5303 — Antitrust savings clause

This section preserves the operation of the antitrust laws unless the Act specifically says otherwise. It adopts the meaning of “antitrust laws” from title 15, with the stated addition concerning unfair methods of competition.
Nothing in this Act, or any amendment made by this Act, must be construed to modify, impair, or supersede the operation of any of the antitrust laws, unless otherwise specified. for this section, the term “antitrust laws” has the meaning given to in subsection
(a) of section 12 of title 15, except that such term includes section 45 of title 15, to the extent that such section 45 applies to unfair methods of competition.
