The Commandant must ensure that every unmanned aircraft system bought by the Coast Guard supports the Coast Guard’s primary duties.
For every unmanned aircraft system the Coast Guard buys, the Commandant* must ensure that it is used to support the Coast Guard’s primary duties under section 102.
With respect to any unmanned aircraft system procured by the Coast Guard, the Commandant* shall ensure that such system be used to support the primary duties of the Coast Guard pursuant to section 102.
