Sections 15c through 15g apply automatically in every state, unless a state passes its own law saying these sections don't apply there.
This section is a single, undivided provision.
Sections 15c, 15d, 15e, 15f, and 15g of this title apply in every state by default. The only way a state avoids them is if that state passes its own law specifically saying these sections don't apply there.
Sections 15c, 15d, 15e, 15f, and 15g of this title shall apply in any State, unless such State provides by law for its nonapplicability in such State.
