Congress may appropriate whatever money is needed to carry out this subchapter. Appropriations laws can let that money stay available for spending over more than one year.
Congress is authorized to appropriate whatever amount of money is necessary to carry out this subchapter's provisions. The laws that provide these appropriations may allow the money to remain available for the Board to obligate and spend for whatever period those appropriations laws specify.
There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this subchapter. Appropriations to carry out the provisions of this subchapter may remain available for obligation and expenditure for such period or periods as may be specified in the Acts making such appropriations.
