There are authorized to be appropriated to the Administrator* for carrying out this chapter (other than sections 2626 and 2627 of this title and subsections
(a) and
(c) through
(g) of section 2609 of this title ) $58,646,000 for the fiscal year 1982 and $62,000,000 for the fiscal year 1983. No part of the funds appropriated under this section can be used to construct any research laboratories.
