This section authorizes appropriations for the program described in the subchapter. The authorization is subject to the amounts and years stated in the section.
There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter $1,000,000 for fiscal year 2009, and $1,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2013, to remain available until spent.
