15 U.S.C. § 330a — Report requirement; form; information; time of submission

This section applies to anyone who wants to do weather modification activities in the United States -- or even attempt to. Before doing so, that person must submit reports to the Secretary. The Secretary decides the report's format and what information must go in it, by rule. The Secretary also decides when the reports are due: a report can be required before the activity happens, another while it's happening, and another after it's done. In short, no weather modification activity may go forward without following whatever reporting schedule the Secretary sets, from start to finish.
