Federal statutes that apply to the Delaware Commodity Credit Corporation apply to this Corporation. The Delaware corporation stops being a United States agency as provided in section 713(a).
Federal statutes that apply to Commodity Credit Corporation, a Delaware corporation, also apply to this Corporation. The Delaware Commodity Credit Corporation ceases to be an agency of the United States as provided in section 713(a) of this title.
The Federal statutes applicable to Commodity Credit Corporation, a Delaware corporation, shall be applicable to the Corporation. Commodity Credit Corporation, a Delaware corporation, shall cease to be an agency of the United States as provided in section 713(a) of this title.
