The Commission must report to Congress on its swimming pool safety grant program. It is due within one year after each fiscal year in which grants were made. It must evaluate how the grant program was carried out.
This section requires the Consumer Product Safety Commission* (the Commission) to check in with Congress on the grant program created by section 8004. Not later than one year after the end of each fiscal year in which grants were made under that section, the Commission must submit a report to Congress evaluating how the grant program was carried out.
Not later than 1 year after the last day of each fiscal year for which grants are made under section 8004 of this title, the Commission* shall submit to Congress a report evaluating the implementation of the grant program authorized by that section.
