The Under Secretary may coordinate lawful Federal plans, programs, and operations affecting disadvantaged business concerns.
Consistent with law, the Under Secretary* may coordinate Federal Government plans, programs, and operations that affect or may help establish, preserve, or strengthen socially or economically disadvantaged business concerns.
The Under Secretary* may coordinate, as consistent with law, the plans, programs, and operations of the Federal Government that affect, or may contribute to, the establishment, preservation, and strengthening of socially or economically disadvantaged business concerns.
