The Under Secretary must report to Congress and publish a report on Agency activities, and must periodically recommend legislation or other actions to Congress and the President.
(a) Biannual report. Within 1 year after November 15, 2021, and 90 days after the end of each later odd-numbered year, the Under Secretary* must send Congress and publish on the Agency* website a report on every Agency activity under this chapter during the reporting period.
(b) Recommendations. The Under Secretary* must periodically send Congress and the President recommendations for legislation or other actions the Under Secretary finds necessary or appropriate to promote this chapter's purposes.
Not later than 1 year after November 15, 2021, and 90 days after the last day of each odd-numbered year thereafter, the Under Secretary* shall submit to Congress, and publish on the website of the Agency*, a report of each activity of the Agency carried out under this chapter during the period covered by the report.
The Under Secretary* shall periodically submit to Congress and the President recommendations for legislation or other actions that the Under Secretary determines to be necessary or appropriate to promote the purposes of this chapter.
