Congress may appropriate $110 million for each fiscal year 2021 through 2025 for this chapter. A majority must support the MBDA Business Center Program, and $20 million each year must support subchapter III.
Congress may appropriate $110,000,000 to the Under Secretary* for each fiscal year from 2021 through 2025 to carry out this chapter. In each year, (1) a majority must be used for the MBDA Business Center* Program, including specialty centers, and (2) $20,000,000 must be used for subchapter III.
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Under Secretary* $110,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2021 through 2025 to carry out this chapter, of which—
a majority shall be used in each such fiscal year to carry out the MBDA Business Center* Program under part B of subchapter I, including the component of that program relating to specialty centers; and
$20,000,000 shall be used in each such fiscal year to carry out subchapter III.
