16 U.S.C. § 110b — Administration of headquarters site

This section connects back to section 110a, which authorized a new headquarters site for Mount Rainier National Park near Ashford, Washington. Once that site is acquired, this section makes it officially part of Mount Rainier National Park. Because it becomes part of the park, it must be run and managed under the same laws that already apply to the rest of the park — no separate or different set of rules applies to the headquarters site.
