This section lets the Secretary use local, county, and State committees and the Commodity Credit Corporation’s facilities and services to carry out the program.
In carrying out the program, the Secretary may use the services of local, county, and State committees established under section 590h of this title. The Secretary may use the facilities and services of the Commodity Credit Corporation in discharging his functions and responsibilities under this program.
