The Secretary works with other government agencies and with private groups and people. Together they issue permits for facilities and services in the Arapaho area. They also help build and run those facilities and services.
The Secretary must cooperate with other federal agencies, with state and local government agencies, and with private individuals and organizations. This cooperation covers issuing permits for facilities and services within the Arapaho National Recreation Area, and covers developing and running those facilities and services.
The Secretary shall cooperate with other Federal agencies, with State and local public agencies, and with private individuals and organizations in the issuance of permits for facilities and services in the Arapaho National Recreation Area and the development and operation of those facilities and services.
