Every Federal department or agency whose activities affect Antarctica must use its authority as much as practicable to advance this chapter’s purposes. It must also cooperate with the Director in carrying out those purposes.
Each Federal department or agency whose activities affect Antarctica* must use its authority, to the maximum extent practicable, to further this chapter’s purposes. It must cooperate with the Director* in carrying out those purposes.
Each Federal department or agency whose activities affect Antarctica* shall utilize, to the maximum extent practicable, its authorities in furtherance of the purposes of this chapter, and shall cooperate with the Director* in carrying out the purposes of this chapter.
