The Secretary of the Interior can make cooperative agreements with private property owners in Vincennes, Indiana, whose land is tied to George Rogers Clark or the Northwest Territory, so their property can be included in the national historical park.
The Secretary of the Interior may enter into cooperative agreements with owners of property in Vincennes, Indiana, that is historically connected to George Rogers Clark and the Northwest Territory. These agreements let that property become part of the George Rogers Clark National Historical Park.
Under such an agreement, the Secretary may help preserve, renew, and interpret the property for the public.
The Secretary of the Interior may enter into cooperative agreements with the owners of property in Vincennes, Indiana, historically associated with George Rogers Clark and the Northwest Territory for the inclusion of such property in the George Rogers Clark National Historical Park. Under such agreements the Secretary may assist in the preservation, renewal, and interpretation of the property.
