16 U.S.C. § 410iii–2 — Definitions

This section defines four terms: Commission, Map, Park, and Secretary. Each points to where the National Park law creates or describes that thing.
For this subchapter: (1) "Commission" means the Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park Advisory Commission created by section 410iii–7; (2) "Map" means the map titled "Boundary Map Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park," numbered CEBE–80,001 and dated September 2002; (3) "Park" means the Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park created under section 410iii–3 and shown on the Map; and (4) "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Interior.
In this subchapter:
The term “Commission” means the Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park Advisory Commission established by section 410iii–7 of this title.
The term “Map” means the map entitled “Boundary Map Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park”, numbered CEBE–80,001, and dated September 2002.
The term “Park” means the Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park established under section 410iii–3 of this title and depicted on the Map.
The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
