Congress may fund this subchapter's work on the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park. Development spending is capped at $4,100,000, and land acquisition spending is capped at $1,400,000.
Congress authorizes whatever money is necessary to carry out this subchapter, covering the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park — but within two limits. No more than $4,100,000 may go toward developing the park. No more than $1,400,000 may go toward acquiring land and interests in land for the park.
There are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this subchapter, but not more than $4,100,000 for development and not more than $1,400,000 for the acquisition of lands and interests therein for the Lyndon B. Johnson National Historical Park.
