16 U.S.C. § 410kkk–5 — Authorization of appropriations

This section authorizes Congress to appropriate money for this subchapter. It sets no dollar limit — Congress may provide whatever amount turns out to be necessary to carry out the subchapter's purposes. As always, an authorization like this isn't itself the money; Congress still has to pass a separate appropriations law before any funds are actually available to spend.
