For the Keweenaw National Historical Park law, "Commission" means the Keweenaw Historic Preservation Advisory Commission, "park" means the Keweenaw National Historical Park, and "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Interior.
This section defines three terms used in the subchapter: (1) "Commission" means the Keweenaw Historic Preservation Advisory Commission, created by section 410yy–8 of this title. (2) "Park" means the Keweenaw National Historical Park, established by section 410yy–2(a)(1) of this title. (3) "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Interior.
As used in this subchapter, the term—
“Commission” means the Keweenaw Historic Preservation Advisory Commission established by section 410yy–8 of this title.
“park” means the Keweenaw National Historical Park established by section 410yy–2(a)(1) of this title.
“Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
