This section defines four terms used in sections 430f–6 through 430f–12: Map, Park, Secretary, and Unit. The Unit is the Corinth Unit of Shiloh National Military Park.
In sections 430f–6 through 430f–12 of this title, four terms have set meanings. (1) "Map" means the map called "Park Boundary-Corinth Unit," numbered 304A/80009 and dated April 2007. (2) "Park" means the Shiloh National Military Park. (3) "Secretary" means the Secretary of the Interior. (4) "Unit" means the Corinth Unit of Shiloh National Military Park, which is established under section 430f–8 of this title.
In sections 430f–6 to 430f–12 of this title:
The term “Map” means the map entitled “Park Boundary-Corinth Unit”, numbered 304A/80009, and dated April 2007.
The term “Park” means the Shiloh National Military Park.
The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.
The term “Unit” means the Corinth Unit of Shiloh National Military Park established under section 430f–8 of this title.
