Congress allows up to $42,500 to buy land for the Big Hole National Battlefield. This covers sections 430uu through 430uu–4 of this title.
This section funds land purchases for the battlefield.
Congress may spend whatever is necessary, but not more than $42,500 total, to acquire land and land interests under sections 430uu through 430uu–4 of this title.
There are authorized to be appropriated such sums not exceeding $42,500 as are necessary for the acquisition of lands and interests in land pursuant to sections 430uu to 430uu–4 of this title.
