16 U.S.C. § 460hhh — Definitions

This section defines three terms for the Spring Mountains subchapter. 'National Forest lands' means land in the National Forest System. 'Recreation Area' means the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area. 'Secretary' means the Secretary of Agriculture.
As used in this subchapter:
(1) National Forest lands. The term "National Forest lands" means land included in the National Forest System, as defined in section 1609(a) of this title.
(2) Recreation Area. The term "Recreation Area" means the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area, which this subchapter establishes.
(3) Secretary. The term "Secretary" means the Secretary of Agriculture.
As used in this subchapter:
The term “National Forest lands” means lands included in the National Forest System (as defined in section 1609(a) of this title).
The term “Recreation Area” means the Spring Mountains National Recreation Area established by this subchapter.
The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Agriculture.
