16 U.S.C. § 460ttt–1 — Map and description

(a) In general: As soon as practical after December 1, 2006, the Secretary must file a map and legal description of the Moosalamoo National Recreation Area with: (1) the House Committee on Resources; (2) the House Committee on Agriculture; and (3) the Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry. (b) Force of law: This map and legal description count as if written into the law itself, except the Secretary may fix clerical and typographical errors. (c) Public availability: The map and legal description must be filed and available for public inspection at the Office of the Chief of the Forest Service.
