The Secretary of Agriculture may pay rewards from available national-forest protection and management funds. Rewards may be paid for information leading to an arrest and conviction for certain fires or Government-property offenses.
The Secretary of Agriculture may pay rewards, from appropriations available to protect and manage national forests and under regulations the Secretary prescribes, for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a person for violating laws or regulations concerning fires in or near national forests, or for unlawfully taking or injuring Government property.
The Secretary of Agriculture may pay rewards from appropriations available for the protection and management of the national forests, under such regulations as he may prescribe, for information leading to the arrest and conviction for violation of the laws and regulations relating to fires in or near national forests, or for the unlawful taking of, or injury to, Government property.
