This section states what “wildlife” and “wildlife resources” include.
“Wildlife” and “wildlife resources” include birds, fish, mammals, every other class of wild animal, and every kind of aquatic and land vegetation on which wildlife depends. This section does not define those terms further.
The terms “wildlife” and “wildlife resources” as used herein include birds, fishes, mammals, and all other classes of wild animals and all types of aquatic and land vegetation upon which wildlife is dependent.
