This section states that other Federal laws are not changed unless this chapter expressly changes them.
No provision of section 8001 of this title or of this subchapter must impose, or be interpreted to impose, any duty, responsibility, requirement, or obligation on the Department of Defense, the Department of the Navy, the United States Coast Guard when operating as a service in the Department of Homeland Security, or any official or component of either.
