This section makes the chapter’s sections separable. If one or more sections are held unconstitutional, the other sections remain valid.
The sections of this chapter are declared to be separable, and in the event any one or more sections of this chapter be held to be unconstitutional, the same must not affect the validity of other sections of this chapter.
