At the United States Section’s request, the Interior Secretary may transfer existing or under-construction lamprey-control works and act for the Section under this chapter.
At the request of the United States Section, the Secretary of the Interior may: (a) transfer to the Section any existing or under-construction lamprey-control project or works under the Secretary’s jurisdiction; and (b) act for or on behalf of the Section when exercising powers granted by this chapter.
The Secretary of the Interior is authorized, upon the request of the United States Section—
to transfer to the United States Section any lamprey control project or works under his jurisdiction now existing or now under construction; and
to act for or on behalf of the United States Section in the exercise of the powers granted by this chapter.
