The Administrator must publish lists and indexes of registered designs and cancellations, may publish design images, and must maintain a public file of those images under prescribed conditions.
(a) Publications. The Administrator must publish lists and indexes of registered designs and canceled designs, and may publish drawings or other pictures of registered designs for sale or other distribution.
(b) File. The Administrator must create and maintain a file of drawings and other pictures of registered designs. The public may use it under conditions the Administrator sets.
The Administrator shall publish lists and indexes of registered designs and cancellations of designs and may also publish the drawings or other pictorial representations of registered designs for sale or other distribution.
The Administrator shall establish and maintain a file of the drawings or other pictorial representations of registered designs. The file shall be available for use by the public under such conditions as the Administrator may prescribe.
