Any conveyance used to bring intoxicants into Indian country or another place where a treaty or Act of Congress bans their introduction may be seized and forfeited.
Any conveyance, whether used by its owner or someone else to introduce or try to introduce intoxicants into Indian country or another place where a treaty or Act of Congress prohibits their introduction, is subject to seizure, a court forfeiture case, and forfeiture.
Any conveyance, whether used by the owner or another in introducing or attempting to introduce intoxicants into the Indian country, or into other places where the introduction is prohibited by treaty or enactment of Congress, shall be subject to seizure, libel, and forfeiture.
