The rules in section 3668 apply to conveyances seized, sued against, or forfeited for bringing intoxicants into places where treaties or Acts of Congress prohibit them.
Section 3668 applies to any conveyance seized, made the subject of a court forfeiture case, or forfeited under section 3113 or 3669 because it was used to introduce or try to introduce intoxicants into Indian country or another place where a treaty or Act of Congress prohibits that introduction.
The provisions of section 3668 of this title shall apply to any conveyances seized, proceeded against by libel, or forfeited under the provisions of section 3113 or 3669 of this title for having been used in introducing or attempting to introduce intoxicants into the Indian country or into other places where such introduction is prohibited by treaty or enactment of Congress.
