Congress authorizes appropriations as needed to carry out this subchapter. The money may remain available until it is spent.
Congress authorizes appropriations, whenever needed, for amounts necessary to carry out this subchapter. The appropriated money may remain available until it is spent.
There are hereby authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary from time to time to carry out the provisions of this subchapter, which sums are authorized to be appropriated to remain available until expended.
