Federal agencies may provide facilities and personnel to help the agency or agencies the President designates. The assistance must help carry out the Agreement.
Federal agencies may provide facilities and personnel to assist the agency or agencies designated by the President in carrying out the Agreement.
Agencies of the Federal Government are authorized to furnish facilities and personnel for the purpose of assisting the agency or agencies designated by the President in carrying out the provisions of the Agreement.
