The Secretary can charge fees to cover the cost of providing services like the ones customs officers used to provide under now-repealed sections of the law.
The Secretary may charge whatever fees are needed to cover the cost of providing services that are similar to, or the same as, the services customs officers used to provide under the sections of law that subsection (a) repealed.
The Secretary may charge such fees as may be necessary to cover the costs of providing services similar to or the same as services furnished by customs officers under the sections repealed by subsection (a).
