The Librarian must establish a National Recording Preservation Board in the Library of Congress. The Board’s members must be selected under the procedure in section 1722.
The Librarian* must establish in the Library of Congress a National Recording Preservation Board* whose members must be selected under the procedures described in section 1722 of this title .
The Librarian* shall establish in the Library of Congress a National Recording Preservation Board* whose members shall be selected in accordance with the procedures described in section 1722 of this title.
